T-PIN
 
You will need a T-PIN for the following transactions:

 
First Time User registration for Personal Internet Banking. Get a T-PIN here to register for Personal Internet Banking.
 
Retrieving a forgotten User ID and Change Password
 
Changing of registered mobile phone numbers for receiving TACs

You may request for a T-PIN anytime and use it later when the need arises. However, you must never reveal your T-PIN to anyone.

How do I get a T-PIN to perform the transaction mention above?

  a) To Register to Internet Banking as First Time User, kindly follow the steps below:
   
From the homepage, click on ‘First Time User’ and then ‘Get a T-PIN’ link
   
Select your preference T-PIN request method (Debit or Credit Card)
   
Fill in the required information and click ‘Next’ to proceed
   
A T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number
   
Proceed to ‘First Time User Registration
       
  b) To retrieve a Forgotten User ID and Change Password, kindly follow the steps below:
   
Click on ‘Forgot User ID’ in the login page and then ‘Get a T-PIN’ link
   
Select your preference T-PIN request method (Debit or Credit Card)
   
Fill in the required information and click ‘Next’ to proceed
   
A T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number
   
Proceed to ‘Forgot User ID/Password
       
  c) To change your registered mobile phone number, please Login to your Personal Internet Banking and follow the steps below:
   
Select ‘My Profile’ and then ‘Change Mobile Phone Number
   
Click on the ‘Get a T-PIN’ link and select your preference T-PIN request method (Debit or Credit Card)
   
Fill in the required information and click on ‘Next’ to proceed
   
A T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number

 

Alternatively, you can create your own T-PIN at any EON Bank Group ATM nationwide. This service is available to all savings and current account as well as credit card customers with an ATM or Credit Card. Once you have accesses your account at ATM, kindly follow the following steps to create your T-PIN:

       
   
Select ‘Others’ and then ‘Others’ again on the next screen
   
Select ‘Internet Banking T-PIN Request
   
Enter a ‘6 digit number’ of your choice
   
Re-enter the 6 digit number
   
A message stating ‘Your T-PIN is accepted’ will appear. Please memorise your T-PIN and proceed to www.eonbank.com.my

Can I re-use the T-PIN once I have registered for Personal Internet Banking?
  Each T-PIN request is valid for one-time use only. Kindly repeat the T-PIN request process to obtain a new T-PIN.

What happens if I forget my T-PIN?
  You may request for another by repeating the T-PIN request process. Upon successful receipt of the new T-PIN, the previous T-PIN will be invalid.

Is there a charge to use the ATM T-PIN or Online T-PIN Request service?
  No. This service is free of charge.

Can both Principal and Supplementary card holders request for an Online T-PIN?
  Yes, both principle and supplementary card holders can individually request for a T-PIN and subsequently register for EON Bank Internet Banking.

Can I still create a T-PIN via Internet banking even though I have created one via ATM?
  Yes. Upon successful creation of any new T-PIN (via ATM or Internet), the previous T-PIN will be invalid.

What happens if I enter incorrect information during the Online T-PIN Request?
  After three attempts, your access to the T-PIN request service will be locked. To avoid this, please ensure that all information entered is correct and in the required format.

Who do I call if I need help?
  Kindly contact our 24-hour Contact Center at +603-2616 1133 should you encounter any problems while creating your T-PIN, or face the following issues when using the T-PIN Request service via Internet Banking:
 
   
If you do not receive your T-PIN after 15 minutes from the time you successfully complete the T-PIN request online
If the mobile number displayed on the T-PIN Request Review screen is different or has been changed
If the name displayed on the T-PIN Request Review screen is different
If your access has been locked
